Xiaomi Launches Mi Pad 3

If you’re looking to get a budget tablet running on Android, you should definitely consider looking at the Xiaomi Mi Pad 3.

Mi Pad 3 back 2The Chinese company has refreshed its 7.9-inch tablet with more powerful specs. For starters, Xiaomi has dropped the Intel chip in favor of a Mediatek chipset with a hexacore processor and a PowerVR graphics card. There’s also more RAM and storage as well as an improved rear camera which is 5MP higher resolution compared to last year’s model.

There is also a mild improvement in the tablets battery capacity which is now at 6600mAh. Of course, this new model will have the latest version of the company’s MIUI. The rest of the specs remains unchanged though including the screen resolution and the front-facing camera.
