Misfit vaporMisfit has now officially announced when its first proper smartwatch – the Vapor will be available to consumers. The company first showcased its Vapor smartwatch at CES this year, though they said before that it will run on its own proprietary software instead of Google’s Android Wear.

The Vapor will be sporting a 1.39-inch round AMOLED display, an accelerometer, an altimeter, gyroscope, an optical heart rate sensor, GPS, a microphone and a Snapdragon Wear 2100 chipset with 4GB of RAM. The watch also comes with a touch-sensitive bezel that lets users browse through its menus and applications without blocking the display.

Other notable features of the Vapor include built-in music, water resistance up to 50 meters, and of course Android Wear 2.0. The watch will be encased in a 45mm satin-finished stainless steel body painted in either jet black or rose gold. The Misfit Vapor will be available in the next couple of weeks for $199.
