LG G Pad III 8.0 Now Out with Octa-core Processor

LG has just announced the third generation of its mid-range tablet series – the G Pad III 8.0.

Overall, the tablet is basically a minor upgrade to last year’s model. The 2016 edition of the tablet still retains the 8-inch screen with a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution and 16GB of expandable storage.

LG G Pad IIIThe tablet is packing a 1.5GHz octa-core processor and runs on the latest version of Android – version 6.0.1 Marshmallow. LG has also installed a 5MP camera on the device while its screen comes with a reader mode that filters blue light to lessen digital eye strain to users.

According to LG, the G Pad III 8.0 is meant for a younger crowd who wants a productive device that offers the best value for their money. The tablet is now available in Canada through carriers Rogers and Fido for around $185.
