Asus Quietly Announces Vivobook E403SA with 14hrs Battery Life

Thin laptops aren’t that really hard to find these days. However, finding one that has a beefy battery is. While Asus’ VivoBook E403SA isn’t the thinnest in the market right now, it’s definitely one with the most juice.

According to Asus, this laptop has a battery that can last up to 14 hours on single charge. The company is using a so-called IceCool technology to cool down the device and to keep the palm rest surface temperature at comfortable levels.

Asus E403SA.pngThe touchpad has also received attention from Asus. The E403SA’s touchpad uses the same kind of technology used on the company’s line of smartphones, which should provide a higher level of sensitivity and accuracy.

Surprisingly, Asus has decided to use a different kind of processor with the E403SA. The laptop will be powered the company’s fanless Celeron chips. Users will have the option to get the laptop in different configurations but the base package will come with 4GB of RAM, Intel HD graphics and up to 64GB SSD.

The notebook will also sport a 14-inch display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, a VGA camera, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, a USB 2.0, 3.0 and Type-C Gen 1 ports, an HDMI port as well as Stereo speakers and a microphone/headphone combo jack.
